Originally from South Florida, Meredith has been living in Lake Tahoe since 2007.  After graduating from Florida State University in 2004, she developed a strange interest for a native Floridian - snowboarding.  A love of the outdoors, travel, and the continuing education of life itself led her on many adventures around the country before she settled in Kings Beach.  

 With a varied background including graphic design and advertising, sports industry retail management, physical therapy, even elementary education and snowboard coaching, she was asked to join the Lake Tahoe Wellness Center team in late 2011.

 Meredith can most often be found behind the front desk, after converting from patient to employee after 5 years of being part of the Wellness Center family.
